About Shakwa
Shakwa is an independent online service that lets people rate businesses and send them private feedback. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with any government authority. Shakwa does not decide disputes; for legal or regulatory complaints, contact the relevant authority.
Free for consumers
Using Shakwa to rate businesses and send feedback is free, and always will be for consumers.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Shakwa.
Your feedback
Your comments are private. They are reviewed by us and delivered only to the business you rated, now or when it joins Shakwa. Only your star rating counts toward a public average, which is shown once a business has at least 5 ratings. You confirm that your feedback is truthful, based on your own genuine experience, and follows the Content Policy. You are responsible for what you write.
Our moderation
We may hold, edit to remove personal information or offensive words (without changing the meaning), reject or remove any feedback that breaks the Content Policy or the law, and we may warn, suspend or close accounts that do.
No incentives
Businesses may not offer anything in exchange for a rating, for changing a rating or for removing feedback. Payment never affects ratings or feedback on Shakwa.
