Taking part

By claiming your business on Shakwa you confirm you are authorised to act for it. Taking part is free during the pilot.

Feedback is private

Customer feedback is shown only to you. You may not publish it, share it, or use it against the customer. Customers appear by first name and last initial only. Do not try to find or contact them outside Shakwa.

No incentives, no pressure

You may not offer anything in exchange for a rating, for changing a rating, or for removing feedback. You may not pressure a customer to change a rating. Payment never affects ratings or feedback on Shakwa.

Resolving issues

You can reply privately and propose how you resolved an issue. Only the customer can mark it resolved or still open. Messages are reviewed before the customer sees them.

Respectful replies

Replies must follow the Content Policy: no insults, accusations, threats, or personal details.

Removal of access

We may remove access if these terms are broken.
